The staff was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. It was great to have an indoor and outdoor pool, especially for the weather conditions on Azores. Even though the hotel doesn't have parking, there is street parking available everywhere for free. The location is ok, it's close to the highway (?) so it was easy to get to Ponta Delgada and other parts of the island. However, it's quite secluded from Lagoa, there are no restaurants/cafés/ bars immediately around.

We only booked one night oversleep before flying to another destination. The hotel is well located next to the highway and close to the airport with many parking spaces. The pool and sauna were nice and the rooftrop bar was great even in winter. Excellent staff, especially at the bar.

It really was an amazing experience. We stayed for the whole trip here and it is a great location to explore the island and then come back in the evening. Lots of parking places outside no need to cramp in the small streets of the center. It had a very nice pool on the rooftop.
